As WSOL's Director of Client Services and HR, Jennifer is responsible for ensuring that we are meeting the needs of all our clients and team members. She is passionate about making sure our Clients are happy, and she is just as passionate about making sure our employees are happy, so that they do their very best work and ultimately make our clients happy as well.
Describing her work, Jennifer says, "Our relationship with our Clients is part of the foundation of why we do what we do, and it is why WSOL has been around for over 17 years. We spend each and every day working hard to make sure that the Clients that have engaged us to work with them (whether it is to design, program, or host their website) truly feel that we are a partner for them to rely on."
When she's not in the office, Jennifer is a fanatical lacrosse and soccer mom who lives and breathes both sports. When she has any time left after watching her kids play lacrosse and soccer, she and her hubby like to search out the best Neopolitan style pizza joints and independent coffee houses in the Chicagoland area.
